(a) Migration Query

The visas discussed are a sample of visas that can be applied for.

(b) Visa Application Charges

These are set by the Immigration Department and will vary from time to time. They must be paid by the applicant for their visa application.

These costs do not form any part of the Migration Agent’s Professional fees.

(c) Visa Processing Times

These are only a general guide and will be affected by the actual caseload of the Immigration Department as well as the popularity of certain types of visas.

(d) Preparation of Visa Application

This will depend on the workload of the migration agent and timely details and information provided by the client.

After discussions with the client, an estimation of time taken for DCM to prepare and lodge the visa application will be provided in the Contract.

(e) Visa Related Costs

Any fees related to the applicant’s visa application must be paid by the applicant. Such fees and charges are not included or related to the Migration Agent’s Service fee.

Other visa application costs may include but are not limited to health insurance, medical examinations, police clearance checks, document translations and, other professional fees such as for lawyers and psychologists if required.

(f) Grant of Visa

The Migration Agent cannot guarantee or definitely state that a visa will be obtained by using his services. Migration agents do not have control over the grant of a visa.

A visa application will be prepared for the applicant based on his/her personal situation and circumstance, that meets the Immigration Department’s visa criteria.
