English Requirement

→ Eg. IELTS 5.0 score with 4.5 in each band

Standard Business Sponsor

→ If approved lasts 5 years
→ Unlimited Nominations based on business capacity

Obligations

→ No Adverse information known about business
→ Lawfully operating business in Australia for at least 12 months
→ Position must be genuine
→ Must work in the position advertised
→ Applicant must work there at all times
→ Sanctions for Non-Compliance (Fines)
→ Monitoring of Sponsors
→ Meet Temporary Skilled Migration Income Threshhold
→ Labour Market Testing (advertising)
→ Meet other visa criteria
