Subclass 186 (Permanent) Visa

→ Must be Nominated by Australian Employer
→ Under 45 years
→ Has Skills
→ Has qualifications
→ Has experience (At least 3 years relevant)
→ English (IELTS 6.0 in each band) except UK, USA, Canada, NZ or Ireland passports
→ Meet other visa criteria

3 Streams

[A] Temporary Residence

→ Hold a 457/482 Visa for 3 years
→ Under 45 years
→ Meet other 457/482 Visa Requirements

[B] Direct Entry

→ Have been nominated by employer in Australia
→ At time of application have at least competent English (IELTS 6 in each Band)
→ Three years relevant work experience
→ Have skills assessment. Note : Can’t use 485 Visa skills assessment as not comprehensive.
→ Employer meets Nomination requirements

[C] Agreement

→ Sponsored by Australian employer
→ Meet Age, Skills and English as per Agreement

[A] 暫時居留

→ 持457/482簽證3年
→ 45歲以下
→ 符合其他457/482簽證的要求

[B] 直接進入

→ 被澳大利亞藉雇主提名
→ 在申請時至少懂得能幹的英語（在各個IELTS分段得6分）
→ 至少三年相關工作經驗
→ 有技能評定。注：不能使用485簽證的技能評估，因為不夠全面。
→ 雇主提名符合要求

[C] 協議

→ 由澳大利亞雇主作保証人
→ 按協議符合年齡，技能和英語
