Background

Our Principal consultant, Mr Desmond Chow, is a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1387159). He graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, as well as Associated Diploma in Accounting. He is also a registered Tax Agent.

There are various types of visas on offer for applicant’s to apply to stay on a Temporary or a Permanent basis. The visas are governed by Immigration Rules and Law.

The applicant should gain an overall understanding of what the visa is about, and then decide further as to whether they wish to proceed with their visa application.

Visa Outcome

As a Registered Migration Agent, under the Code, our principal cannot state definitely that a visa application will be successful or guaranteed. This of course, will be affected by factors including the individual / applicant’s personal situation and circumstances etc. Our Principal will however, ensure that an application submitted best reflects your situation that meets the immigration criteria. Approval of any visa is made by the assessing visa officer and done according to the Immigration Department’s practice and procedures.

Registered Migration Agents are bound by professional ethics and standards as administered and regulated by the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA). As a Registered Migration Agent, our principal is bound by the Code of Conduct (herein stated as the ‘Code’).
